Busy lives, too many responsibilities, and lack of self-care: it happens to everyone at some point or another. Burnout is a form of exhaustion that can happen when we experience too much emotional, physical, and mental fatigue for too long. In this workshop, students will learn about stress in graduate school and the need to develop coping mechanisms to prevent burnout as well as the positive effects of plants and nature on stress and mental health while building a terrarium to bring home.

This event is open to all UGA graduate students, but space is limited. Students must register to participate.

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
